VpsCity recommend to renew your domain names early, to avoid problems and possible loss of your prized domain name. After the domain expiration date there is a short, non guaranteed, timeframe in which we can attempt to recover your domain name for you.
VpsCity sends out multiple reminders by e-mail prior to the expiration date.
- 30 days before expiry
- 15 days before expire
- 7 days before expire
- 1 day before expire
Your invoice should arrive by e-mail 21 days prior to the expiration date.
Please ensure payment has been completed prior to the expiration date, if you want to continue using your domain name, before your domain reaches expiration date. After the expiration date your domain will cease to function immediately. We have no control over this.
