Upgrading is made very easy with the system we have set up. To upgrade your account to another package or even downgrade for that matter, all you must do is login to our client portal and follow the instructions below:
- Login to the Client Area.
- Click on Products > Manage.
- Click on Product Management Actions > Resize.
- Choose the upgrade or downgrade desired and complete the order.
Our system will create a new invoice for you to pay for the remainder of your current billing period. Your next billing period will reflect the full new amount.
NOTE: If you have a customised Web hosting account or VPS with more than the default disk space assigned, please contact us before updating.
