The issue with the core switch has been resolved, and all services are back online and engineers have confirmed normal operation across the network.

We currently have a problem with a core switch that we are working on replacing. This is causing several services to be down. Engineers are onsite working on replacing the switch.

At this time we do not have an ETA as yet but will keep posting updates here as we make progress.

We will be replacing a vrf router tonight from around 10PM-1AM to complete the maintenance for this issue. This should fix the recent intermittent connectivity issues.

Everything is back up and working normally now, we will be doing some emergency maintenance around 11PM tonight for a few hours to replace the faulty fibre and this may cause some connectivity issues.
